For 4 Servings:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper to taste.
2. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
3. Add the steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
4. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.
5. In the same pan, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
6. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and stir until it melts.
7. Return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce.
8. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the steak bites are heated through.
9. Remove the pan from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
