Load 9 ounces of uncooked penne pasta into container A.

Container B:
Slice 14 ounces of boneless chicken breast into strips and load them into container B.

Container C:
Load 2 ½ ounces of sliced red onion, 8 teaspoons of minced garlic, 3 ounces of sliced red bell pepper and 3 ounces of sliced yellow bell pepper into container C.

Container D:Load 6 ½ ounces of canned crushed tomato, 3 ounces of heavy dairy cream and 12 sprigs of finely chopped fresh parsley into container D.
